Khmer Kampuchea Krom Cultural Center sends letter to PM French

At the invitation of Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen, Prime Minister of French Republic H.E. Francois Fillon pays a two-day official visit to Cambodia in 2-3 July, 2011.

During his stay in Cambodia, H.E. Francois Fillon will hold talks with Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen and will pay courtesy call on Cambodian King Norodom Sihamoni and retired King Norodom Sihanouk, it said.

He will also attend the inauguration ceremony of closing construction site of Ba Puon temple and visit to Angkor Wat temple as well.

So far, France has helped Cambodia in several sectors, especially in health, and educational sectors as well as in repairing Cambodian temple of Bapuon at the total cost of more than 9 million Euros, he added.

The government of France also pledged to provide US$ 80 million to Cambodia for the country’s development for 2010-2012.
