The Khmer Krom temples offered land 100.000m2 to build school

State investing more than 3 billion (dong) to build the secondary schools after Pothi Bdok temple, Ke Thanh commune, Khsach district offered land 3.000m2 to them.


According to The Solidarity patriotic monks in Kleang, as knonwn Soc Trang province, is more than 20 Khmer Krom pagodas in the province offered land 100.000m2 to build schools (for studies Vietnamese language).

In particular, Preah Onderk (Can Duoc) pagoda, Preah Onderk (Thanh Phu) commune, Bai Chhao (My Xuyen) district, with the most donors 20.000m2; more than 10 temples in the Chroy Nho (Vinh Chau), Kampong Thom (My Tu), Khsach (Ke Sach) districts ...10 temples in these districts offered land from 3,000 to 8.000m2 for building schools. Many school solidly, nicely built on the Khmer temple land was constitutional, Khmer Krom compatriots and Vietnamese to help children have a place to study regional stability.

Besides, the temple also assist in the protection of school facilities, advocacy, support poor students to school, and they hand the local education development .

Study of the Vietnamese Language? Why is the study of the Cambodian language, history and culture not included?
I hope that the monks weren't forced to give away their land, through intimidation and fear.
